By contacting us, submitting a booking enquiry, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Shekhawat Travel Agency is a taxi and tour service provider based in Bikaner, Rajasthan. We offer local sightseeing, outstation trips, one-way taxi, corporate travel, and related transport services.

2. Services
We provide taxi and travel services including but not limited to:
- Bikaner local sightseeing (full-day or half-day)
- Outstation trips to Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, and other destinations
- One-way and round-trip taxi bookings
- Corporate and event transport
Vehicle availability depends on date, route, and fleet schedule. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the enquiry form on our website.
- Please provide accurate details: name, phone number, pickup location, destination, date, and time.
- A trip is not confirmed until we explicitly confirm availability, vehicle type, and fare.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking if a route, vehicle, or schedule is unavailable.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Per-kilometre rates shown on our website (e.g. Swift Dzire ₹9/km, Ertiga ₹12/km, Innova Crysta ₹16/km) are indicative starting rates for reference.
- The final fare depends on route, distance, vehicle type, waiting time, tolls, parking, state taxes, driver allowance (for outstation/multi-day trips), and any special requirements.
- We will share a clear quote before your trip wherever possible. Additional charges will be communicated in advance when applicable.
- Payment is typically made in cash or UPI directly to the driver or as agreed at the time of booking. We do not process online card payments through this website.
5. Your Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
- Provide accurate contact and trip information
- Follow applicable traffic laws and treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
- Not carry prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items
- Pay the agreed fare and any pre-approved additional charges promptly
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you and offer alternatives where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We act as a transport service provider. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Our liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the fare paid for that specific booking, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
10. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content for commercial reproduction without permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
