Who we are

Shekhawat Travel Agency is run by Himanshu Shekhawat from an office behind the Varadh Hanuman Temple in Tilak Nagar, Bikaner. We started in 2019 with one car. The phone number on this website is answered by the person who arranges your trip — not a call centre, and not an app.

That is the whole difference, and it is worth being plain about it. When something goes wrong on the road at eleven at night, you are calling someone who knows the driver personally and can actually fix it. When you ask whether an itinerary is realistic, you get an honest answer rather than a booking confirmation.

Most of our work comes from people who rode with us before, or from hotels and families in Bikaner who send us their guests. We would rather grow slowly that way than chase volume.

How we work

Nothing unusual here — just the things we refuse to compromise on.

• The price we quote is the price you pay. Quoted in writing on WhatsApp before the trip, so there is a record
• Drivers we know personally. Verified, licensed, and people we have worked with for years
• Driver details before every trip — name, photo, car number and mobile
• Cars cleaned between trips and serviced on schedule, not when something breaks
• We answer at night. A 3 AM airport run is a normal booking, not a favour
• We will tell you when a plan does not work — a seven-city itinerary in four days is not a trip, it is a car journey, and we would rather say so
• No commission hotel steering. We recommend places we would send our own family

A small fleet, kept in good condition, rather than a large one kept badly.

• Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire — 4 seater sedan, our most-booked car
• Maruti Suzuki Ertiga — 6 seater MUV for families
• Toyota Innova Crysta — 7 seater SUV for long days and bigger groups
• Tempo traveller — 12 to 17 seats, arranged on request
• All air-conditioned, all with first-aid and water on board

What we do

In Bikaner: local taxi packages by the hour, full-day sightseeing tours, and Nal Airport and railway station transfers around the clock.

Across Rajasthan: one-way drops and round trips to Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar, Mount Abu, Delhi and beyond, plus multi-day tour packages with the same car and driver throughout.

For businesses: corporate travel, staff transport, guest pickups, event logistics, monthly contracts and wedding cars.
